Directions for use
- Children: 1 spray (equal to 0.5 mg of melatonin) is recommended, preferably under the tongue, in the evening shortly before going to bed. Treatments in children should always be limited in time and carried out under pediatric supervision.
- Adults: to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, 2 sprays are recommended, preferably under the tongue, in the evening shortly before going to bed. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, 1 spray is recommended, preferably under the tongue, shortly before going to bed, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.
