Description
Food supplement based on melatonin which helps reduce the time required to fall asleep in children and adults.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Melamil is also indicated for alleviating the effects of jet lag. In these cases, it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.

Fructose, purified water, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavoring; thickener: xanthan gum.

Directions for use
4 drops daily, equal to 1 mg of melatonin.
It is recommended to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in non-alcoholic beverages, using the dropper included in the package.
After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.
