Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, tryptophan, and vitamin B6.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to fall asleep.
This effect is achieved with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid precursor of melatonin.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.

Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavouring; thickener: xanthan gum.

Directions for use
0.5 ml once a day, 30 minutes before going to bed, unless otherwise instructed by a doctor.
It is recommended to shake the bottle well before use and to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in non-alcoholic beverages, using the graduated dropper included in the package. After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.
