Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; melatonin; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; flavouring; sweetener: sucralose.

Instructions for use
Take 1 micro-tablet daily, preferably before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and localized heat sources, direct sunlight, and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
