A food supplement based on 1 mg of pure melatonin, enhanced with griffonia and hypericum, indicated in all physiological conditions of increased need for these elements. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep* and to alleviating the effects of jet lag**. The dry extracts of griffonia and hypericum promote mental well-being and relaxation, in addition to maintaining a normal mood. The mini-tablets, which are easy to swallow, feature a fast/slow modulated release system that allows for rapid and prolonged release of the components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Ingredients
Hypericum (Hypericum perforatum L., herba c. floribus) dry extract titrated in hypericin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; oat (Avena sativa L., fructus) dry extract; vegetable stearin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, talc; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., semen) dry extract; melatonin; coating agent: ethylcellulose; colour: chlorophyll.

Directions for use
1 mini-tablet daily shortly before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before using the product, as hypericum extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and in adolescents.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localised heat sources, sunlight, and avoid contact with water.
