A food supplement with 1 mg of pure melatonin, enhanced with griffonia and valerian. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep* and alleviating the effects of jet lag**. The easy-to-swallow mini-tablets feature a fast/slow modulated release system that allows for rapid and prolonged release of the components.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., radix) dry extract; sweetener: mannitol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearin; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., semen) dry extract; anti-caking agents: talc; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; colouring agent: titanium dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac; melatonin.

Directions for use
1 mini-tablet daily shortly before going to bed.
