Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
- Jet lag: in case of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
- Sleep: to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
