Description
Food supplement of amino acids and melatonin. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; lactose, adenosine, glycine, melatonin (0.63%); anti-caking agents: oxidized starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
