Description
Supplement based on Melatonin, Withania, and Jujube.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Withania and Jujube promote relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Withania (Withania somnifera Dunal. root) dry extract titrated to 1.5% withanolides, Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Miller seeds) dry extract titrated to 2% jujubosides, Melatonin powder.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to dissolve in the mouth or swallow 1 tablet daily, shortly before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
