Description
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag.
The beneficial effects are obtained by taking: 1 mg of melatonin (sleep) shortly before going to bed; a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at destination (jet lag).

Ingredients
Bidistilled vegetable glycerin, ethyl alcohol (Alcoolvis: alcohol purified using the method invented by Dr. Giorgini), pure water, melatonin.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 drop (0.03 ml) before going to sleep. To reduce the effect of jet lag, it is recommended to start taking it on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arriving at your destination. Apply one drop under the tongue and wait about 1 minute before swallowing. Dropper included in the package.
