Description
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag.
The beneficial effects are obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed: 1 mg of melatonin (sleep); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at destination (jet lag).

Directions for use
