Description
It is a food supplement based on Melatonin. Melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Ingredients
for 1 tablet: bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Melatonin 1 mg.
Naturally lactose-free.
Gluten-free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day. Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination. Sleep: to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package. Do not disperse into the environment after use. Validity in unopened packaging: 36 months.
