DIRECTIONS FOR USE: It is recommended to take one tablet shortly before going to bed. For reducing the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Melatonin.
WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources.
