Ingredients
Day capsule: dioscorea (Dioscorea oppostifolia L. syn. Dioscorea opposita Thunb., rhizome) dry extract titrated to 6% in diosgenin, kudzu [Pueraria lobata (Willd.) DC., radix] dry extract titrated to 40% in isoflavones, muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth. (muira puama) cortex] dry extract E/D ratio 1:4; bulking agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; Lactobacillus crispatus SP28 (100 billion CFU/g); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; capsule shell: gelatin.
Night capsule: witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana L., folium) dry extract titrated to 5% in tannins, angelica [Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels., radix] dry extract titrated to 1% in ligustilide, phycocyanin [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler, thallus], zinc (zinc gluconate); bulking agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; capsule shell: gelatin.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one capsule for the day in the morning at breakfast and one capsule for the night in the evening before going to bed.
