MOTHER TINCTURE

Directions for use:
20-40 drops, twice a day, away from meals.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water and the liquid should be kept under the tongue for about 1 minute to promote absorption. The water can also be lukewarm; this will better activate the preparation, which will be absorbed more easily.
