Lemon Balm

Relaxing and calming herbal tea.

       Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis L.)
The leaves, harvested and packaged according to their balsamic period, have relaxing properties and are characterized by the presence of an essential oil (minimum 0.15 ml/100 g) and rosmarinic acid (3.5%).
       Lemon Verbena leaves
The addition of 5% Verbena (minimum 0.2 ml/100 g essential oil) gives the infusion a pleasant taste.

Ingredients
Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) from organic farming 95%; lemon verbena leaves (Lippia citriodora Kunth) 5%.

Directions for use
One filter is sufficient to prepare a cup of herbal tea.
Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to prevent the most volatile substances from dispersing.
Honey is recommended for sweetening.
