LEMON BALM CHAMOMILE VERBENA

A blend of selected herbs for preparing an instant drink, which combines the properties of chamomile with the relaxing properties of lemon balm and verbena. Suitable for all ages and useful for promoting peaceful sleep.

Ingredients
Dextrose; sucrose; herbal extract (lemon balm, chamomile, verbena).

Directions for use
- For toddlers: boil 70 ml of water and pour it into the bottle; add a heaped tablespoon (5 g) of the mixture and shake before giving it to the child. Do not add cold water to cool it down. Consume within 2 hours.
- For older children and adults: pour hot or cold water into a cup; add 2 or 3 tablespoons of the mixture and stir.
