Directions for use
1 to 2 servings per day (3 to 6 tablespoons).
Add 3 heaped tablespoons (approx. 30 g) to 200 ml of hot or cold milk (or water) as desired. It can also be added to yogurt. Stir thoroughly.
Consume immediately. The prepared product should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 24 hours.
