Description
A complete formulation based on magnesium and a synergistic blend of plant extracts designed to provide targeted support in calming thoughts and promoting relaxation during the night. Passionflower and saffron are clinically proven to promote relaxation of mind and body, facilitating falling asleep. In addition, MetaRelax Night contains magnesium glycerophosphate and bisglycinate, zinc, and active B vitamins (L-methylfolate/vitamin B9, methylcobalamin/vitamin B12, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate/vitamin B6). Folate contributes to normal psychological function, especially in stressful situations.
