Description
Meticol is a medical device in oral drops indicated for the treatment of dyspeptic disorders, gastrointestinal flatulence, aerophagia, and infant colic in infants, children, and adults.
Instructions for use
Shake well before use. Close the bottle after use.
Adults: 20-40 drops, possibly diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times a day, preferably after meals or as directed by a doctor.
Children: 20 drops, preferably after meals and possibly diluted in a liquid, 1-3 times a day or as directed by a doctor.
Infants: 20 drops, preferably after meals and possibly diluted in a liquid, 1-2 times a day or as directed by a doctor.
Components
Simethicone in olive oil, vitamin A, vitamin E, and coenzyme Q.
Preservative-free, flavor-free, sweetener-free, and sugar-free.
Gluten-free.
Warnings
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components.
The product may appear in two phases: after shaking, it should appear as a homogeneous emulsion.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Do not use the product after the expiry date; the expiry date refers to the intact and correctly stored product. Do not use the product if the packaging is not intact. All components of the product, including the dropper, must be intact. After a short period of treatment (7 days) without appreciable results, consult a doctor. In case of an adverse reaction, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor to establish appropriate therapy. During use, if accidental contamination of the dropper is suspected, wash it thoroughly before reinserting it into the bottle to prevent possible contamination.
Following the instructions in the leaflet reduces the risk of undesirable effects. However, it is important to report any undesirable effects not described in the leaflet to your doctor or pharmacist.
No interactions with other drugs are known or have been reported. No incompatibilities with other pharmaceutical products have been reported.
