Description
Food supplement based on creatine, carnitine, glutathione, arginine and L-aspartic acid with minerals, vitamins, coenzyme Q10 and red orange dry extract.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium to muscle function and iron to normal cognitive function.
Vitamin C and folic acid promote the proper functioning of the immune system, vitamins B1 and B6 are involved in energy metabolism, vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological and nervous system function.
The formulation is completed with selenium and vitamin E which help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Sugar-free.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate; acidifier: citric acid; L-arginine, potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-aspartic acid, flavourings, L-carnitine tartrate, red orange d.e. [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck, fructus], vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweeteners: aspartame, sodium saccharin; ferric pyrophosphate, L-glutathione, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colourings: riboflavin-5'-phosphate, carminic acid; coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), sodium selenite.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 sachets a day, each dissolved in 150 ml of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains aspartame (a source of phenylalanine).
Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended only for adults.
Do not use during pregnancy.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product stored correctly.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
