Dietary supplement for adults based on creatine, magnesium, carnitine, phosphatidylserine, ginkgo biloba, coenzyme Q10, and nucleotides.
Ginkgo acts as an antioxidant and supports memory, cognitive functions, normal blood circulation, and microcirculation.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and normal psychological function.

Ingredients
Fructose, creatine, magnesium salts of citric acid, n-acetyl L-carnitine hydrochloride; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (nano); maltodextrin, flavor, blueberry juice, phosphatidylserine (contains soy derivatives), dry extract of ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba L., leaves) on maltodextrin titrated to 24% in ginkgo flavones, coenzyme Q10, nucleotide blend (contains sulfur dioxide and sulfites); acidity regulator: citric acid.

Directions for use
1-2 sachets per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water by stirring and drink the resulting solution.
