MICOSTOP PLUS
Description
Vaginal cream indicated as an adjuvant treatment for vaginal mycoses.
It has a rebalancing and normalizing action on vaginal pH, useful for counteracting the colonization of pathogenic agents.
Furthermore, thanks to its emollient and soothing action, it alleviates annoying itching and burning sensations.
How to use
Apply the product once a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed, for 3 consecutive days.
If necessary, carry out a second 3-day treatment.
If no appreciable results have been obtained, consult your doctor.
Wash your hands before using the medical device.
Break the seal of the tube using the special tip on the cap.
Screw the single-use applicator onto the neck of the tube.
Gently squeeze the tube from the bottom to release enough cream to fill the applicator up to the stop.
Unscrew the applicator from the tube and gently insert it into the vagina. Press the plunger until the applicator is completely empty.
To facilitate introduction and correct emptying of the applicator, it is advisable to perform the operation while lying down.
Do not reuse the applicator after use and dispose of it.
Composition
Water, glyceryl stearate, PEG 100 stearate, boric acid, cetylstearyl alcohol, fatty acid esters, cyclopentasiloxane, vegetable stearin, chlorhexidine digluconate, clotrimazole, silicone oil, triethanolamine, disodium EDTA salt, carbomer, phytosomal glycyrrhetinic acid, lactic acid.
Warnings
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the product's components.
Do not use in case of confirmed or suspected pregnancy and if attempts are being made to induce it.
Do not use during breastfeeding.
No interactions with other products are known, therefore it is advisable to consult your doctor before using the product in combination with other medical devices or drugs for vaginal use.
The use, especially if prolonged, of all topical products can lead to sensitization phenomena. In such a case, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor to establish appropriate therapy.
In cases where the burning symptom is already present, with marked erythema and/or irritation, this may be accentuated at the beginning of treatment but tends to disappear spontaneously with subsequent applications.
If other undesirable effects are encountered, inform your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not ingest.
Do not use beyond the expiration date or if the package is open or damaged.
Storage
Store the device tightly closed, away from light and heat.
Medical devices must not be disposed of in wastewater and household waste; ask your pharmacist how to dispose of unused medical devices.
The expiration date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
Final storage term from the production date, in intact packaging: 36 months.
