Directions for use
It is recommended to take one 20 ml measuring cup dissolved in a large glass of water, twice a day and away from meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
If you are taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs, consult your doctor before taking the product. The use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
