Description
Dietary supplement based on magnesium, L-tryptophan (serotonin precursor), and titrated and standardized dry extracts of Polygonum cuspidatum and Crocus sativus (saffron).
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and psychological function.
Saffron contributes to normal mood and counteracts menstrual cycle discomfort.
Polygonum cuspidatum contributes to the regularity of the menstrual cycle.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Magnesium (chelated magnesium bisglycinate); acidifier: anhydrous citric acid; maltodextrin, flavouring, L-tryptophan, dry extract of Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold Zucc., root, titrated to 98% in resveratrol; dry extract of AFFRON saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas) titrated to 3.5% in lepticrosalides and 2% in safranal; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets of Miledix per day, dissolving them in a glass of still water (about 150 ml) at room temperature.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Any colour variation of the product is to be considered a natural phenomenon, given the presence of high quantities of plant extracts.
Does not contain sodium, can be taken by hypertensive individuals.
Do not use Miledix in case of known hypersensitivity to its components.

Storage
Miledix should be stored at room temperature (between 8° and 25°C) in a cool and dry place.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
Validity of intact packaging: 36 months.
