Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
Magnesium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Hydroxymethylbutyrate calcium salt, L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-arginine; acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, Creapure creatine, magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agent: sorbitol; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose; acesulfame K; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; vitamin D3.

Directions for use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml), stirring well before drinking.
