Anti-caking agents: Magnesium Carbonate, Glyceryl Behenate. Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer (Ginseng) root dry extract 30% Ginsenosides. Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning or early afternoon, to be swallowed with water.
