       Bilberry berries
The titrated dry extract of bilberry can improve night vision. In fact, it facilitates the regeneration of rhodopsin, which is the retinal pigment essential for vision in low light conditions. Its usefulness for the eyes is not limited to this; in fact, it is capable of combating vascular fragility and excessive permeability through a capillary-protective action on both retinal and peripheral blood vessels. These actions are explained by the fact that anthocyanins are capable of inhibiting the activity of certain enzymes (elastase and collagenase) that destroy collagen and elastic tissues.
       Vitamin A
It is one of the essential factors for sight, as it represents the main component of rhodopsin, the light-sensitive substance present in the retina. Retinol deficiency leads to vision defects.
       Vitamin C
In addition to being an important metabolic co-factor and an excellent antioxidant, playing a fundamental role in the maintenance of connective tissue, vitamin C is also very important, especially in preventing tension caused by glaucoma and hardening of the eye, as well as for corneal ulcers or to prevent and help eliminate both bacterial and viral infections.

How to use
