Methylsulfonylmethane, abbreviated as MSM, is a form of organic sulfur naturally present in living organisms: it is found particularly in cow's milk, fresh vegetables and fruits, fish and meat, and is especially concentrated in horsetail and other primordial plants. Sulfur is one of the main constituents of glycosaminoglycans and cartilaginous tissue.
MSM supplementation is indicated in cases of increased need for this nutrient.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide.
