Description
Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement useful in all cases of increased need or deficiency of its constituent substances, for example for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, which is 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Ingredients
Capsule: fish oil, vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol); shell: edible gelatine; firming agent: glycerol.
Tablet: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; iron pyrophosphate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide; niacin, manganese gluconate, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); film-forming agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol; colouring: red iron oxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one capsule and one tablet daily, to be swallowed with a glass of water.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C; avoid exposure to localised heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
