Description
Food supplement based on B vitamins, to promote normal energy metabolism.
Contains niacin (vitamin PP), thiamine (vitamin B1), vitamin B6, B2, B12 and folate.
Niacin (vitamin PP), thiamine and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function and normal red blood cell formation.
Folate contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet daily with a glass of water, preferably away from meals.
