Description
A medical device formulated to adhere to irritated oral mucosa and limit its contact with external agents: the polysaccharide component of the extracts acts as a barrier, hydrating the mucosa and protecting the airways.
The presence of honey enhances the protective action of the upper airways, promoting, through a barrier effect, the resolution of micro-lesions on the irritated mucosa.
The product is indicated for dry and/or productive cough: Munatoril Syrup calms coughs and relieves irritation, promoting the expulsion of mucus.
Suitable for adults and children over 1 year of age.

Instructions for use
Recommended dosage:
- Children from 1 to 3 years: 2.5 ml;
- Children from 3 to 6 years: 5 ml;
- Children from 6 to 12 years: 7.5 ml;
- Adults: 10 ml;
to be repeated twice a day, or as otherwise advised by a doctor, up to a maximum of 4 times a day.
It can be taken at any time of the day. It is advisable to administer the last dose before going to bed.
Do not ingest food or drinks for at least 30 minutes after use.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms; if necessary for improvement, it can be taken for an extended period. The duration of treatment should not exceed 30 days.
Shake well before use.
To measure the product, use the measuring cup provided inside the package. Wash the dosing cap and close the package carefully after each use.

Components
Wildflower honey, eucalyptus honey, dry extracts of Icelandic lichen and plantain rich in polysaccharides, thyme and propolis, resveratrol, demineralized water, fructose, sorbitol, malic acid, xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose, lemon essential oil, flavouring, steviol glycosides, potassium sorbate.

Contains no gluten or lactose.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the device beyond the expiry date or if the package, when first opened, appears damaged or not perfectly intact.
No interactions are currently known following the use of Munatoril Syrup.
Do not use the product in case of known hypersensitivity or incompatibility to even a single component of the formulation.
No studies have been conducted during pregnancy and breastfeeding; before taking the product, consult your doctor.
To date, no side effects have been reported related to the correct use of the product. In case of discomfort during use, stop treatment and consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at a temperature below 25 °C.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
