Description
Multilayer absorbent pad:
- absorbent core made of a double layer of unbleached cellulose pulp. These ensure rapid passage of urine into the pad, isolating it from the skin, distributing the urine, gelling it, and thus keeping the pad dry;
- super absorbent polymers (SAP): non-toxic and hypoallergenic, they are mixed into all pulp layers, isolated from direct contact with the skin. They exert their gelling action without compromising the compactness of the absorbent pad. ODOUR CONTROL™ technology inhibits bacterial proliferation, thus neutralizing the formation of unpleasant odors;
- pulp and polymers are more concentrated in the anterior groin area to ensure maximum absorbency where most needed (specific for male anatomy), increasing product safety and effectiveness.
Inner filter lining: hypoallergenic polypropylene fiber non-woven fabric. Soft and durable, treated to ensure effective and prolonged permeability to liquids that are rapidly absorbed by the underlying pad, leaving the surface dry.
Outer lining: elasticized material consisting of a micro-perforated laminated film covered on both sides with soft non-woven fabric:
- cotton-like feel: the material TENA Men Premium Fit is covered with is elasticized, so it adapts perfectly to the body, like normal underwear. It is also particularly soft and thin, similar to a cotton fabric;
- breathable;
- masculine design: TENA Men Premium Fit is specifically designed for men; the brief has a low-rise boxer cut, allowing it to be worn with any type of clothing. The leg opening is appropriately designed to ensure protection and safety in use. The outer lining is opaque like fabric, therefore discreet, the grey waistband and the striped design of the brief make it similar to normal men's underwear;
- rear logo: inside the brief, a logo indicates the size and the back side, to facilitate correct positioning;
- elastic inserts: these keep the absorbent in place, acting as a protective barrier against leaks and increasing wearability as they follow the body's movements;
- tear-off side opening: by following the special seams on the sides, after use, the brief can be torn and removed hygienically.
Toilet training: facilitates continence rehabilitation because it allows going to the toilet. It can be lowered and repositioned with extreme ease and naturalness many times without losing its characteristics, just like normal underwear.
Adhesives: Hotmelt type, composed of resins (adhesive component) and polymers (cohesive component). Applied hot and without the use of solvents, they do not interact with surrounding materials, thus being non-toxic and inert.
