Description
Natalben Insieme NEW is a food supplement containing folic acid and other B vitamins, vitamins A, C, D and E, biotin, minerals, trace elements and DHA, designed to supplement the nutritional intake of women during breastfeeding.

Properties
-Folic acid (folate): is a water-soluble vitamin belonging to group B. Natalben Insieme NEW contains Quadrefolic 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), which is the active form of folic acid that ensures the necessary intake for the human body during cell division and tissue growth. Folate also contributes to the function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
-Vitamin A: vitamin A contributes to iron metabolism, the maintenance of normal mucous membranes and normal skin, the maintenance of normal vision and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin A also plays a role in the process of cell specialisation.
-Vitamin D: vitamin D is essential in the mineralisation process of bones and teeth, as it regulates calcium absorption. It is also related to the proper functioning of immune defence mechanisms and to cell growth and maturation processes.
-Iodine: iodine contributes to the production of thyroid hormones, cognitive functions, energy metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system. Iodine also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.
-Iron: Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen in the body, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal cognitive function and to the normal function of the immune system.
-Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): DHA contributes to the maintenance of brain functions and visual abilities. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
-Magnesium: magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, contributes to normal psychological functions, to maintaining the normal function of the immune system and protecting DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative damage.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water.
