Natalben Supra contains elements that, together with diet, contribute to the well-being of women during pregnancy. In particular, pregnancy significantly increases the need for folic acid. Folic acid is a vitamin found in vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. To perform its function, folic acid taken with the diet must be converted into its active form, 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate). Natalben Supra, by already containing Quatrefolic 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), which is the active form of folic acid, ensures the necessary intake for the human body during pregnancy. In addition to 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), each Natalben Supra capsule contains the amount of minerals and vitamins in accordance with the nutrient reference values (NRVs).
Natalben Supra is useful as a vitamin and mineral supplement in cases of:
-increased demand during pregnancy;
-poor dietary intake of vitamins and minerals.

Instructions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, at any time of day.

Warnings
Natalben Supra is a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains fish. Dietary supplementation during pregnancy should be suggested by a doctor.
