Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum, flowering tops) lipophilic fraction (Helydol)	16 mg
Gelatine, helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum, flowering tops) freeze-dried extract hydrophilic fraction.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules twice a day for the first week, then continue with 1 capsule twice a day.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
