Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1; Bifidobacterium bifidum SP9; Lactobacillus rhamnosus SP1; Lactobacillus bulgaricus SP5; Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) tuber; Klamath algae; fermented maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; thickener: corn starch; vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use
1-4 capsules daily on an empty stomach.
