Description
Food supplement based on psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.). Psyllium seeds support regular intestinal transit, have an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, are involved in modulating nutrient absorption, and also promote lipid and carbohydrate metabolism.

Instructions for use
Swallow 4 vegetable capsules one hour before lunch and 4 vegetable capsules one hour before dinner, with plenty of water.
