Ingredients
Fructose; maltodextrin; creatine monohydrate; acidifier: citric acid; sodium chloride; L-arginine; flavouring; potassium phosphate; magnesium aspartate; L-carnitine tartrate; potassium aspartate; sweeteners: aspartame; sodium saccharin; ascorbic acid; L-glutathione; iron phosphate; colours: beta-carotene 1% (beta-carotene; coconut oil; maltodextrin; sucrose; acacia gum); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin E acetate (tocopherol acetate; gelatin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL); vitamin B1 (thiamine HCL); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin; maltodextrin); folic acid; sodium selenite.

Directions for use
We recommend one sachet twice a day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, add water (250cc), mix well and drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, liver disease, during pregnancy and for children under 14 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage
Store at controlled room temperature (15-30 °C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
