Benfothiamine, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin
What it is and what it is used for
Neuraben contains: benfothiamine, pyridoxine hydrochloride and cyanocobalamin, which belong to the category of vitamin-based medicines.
The active ingredient benfothiamine is a rapidly assimilated form of vitamin B1, pyridoxine hydrochloride is vitamin B6 and cyanocobalamin is vitamin B12.
Neuraben is used for the treatment of polyneuropathies in cases of vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiency. Polyneuropathy is a neurological disease due to inflammation of several nerves simultaneously.
What you need to know before taking the medicine
Do not take Neuraben:
- if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients (benfothiamine, pyridoxine hydrochloride or cyanocobalamin), or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
