Description
A liquid food supplement based on Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, Valerian, Passionflower, California Poppy, Hawthorn, and Lemon Balm, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. Thanks to Passionflower, it contributes to relaxation (sleep in case of stress) and mental well-being. Thanks to Valerian, it contributes to relaxation (sleep in case of stress). Thanks to Lemon Balm, it contributes to relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 30 drops in the evening half an hour before bedtime. The drops can be taken as is or diluted in a little water. Instructions for use: 1) Unscrew the cap. 2) Screw on the dropper contained in the sachet and use as needed. 3) Shake well before each use.
