Liquid food supplement based on Melatonin and Valerian, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination. Thanks to Valerian, it contributes to relaxation (sleep, in case of stress).
Ingredients
Melatonin and Valerian.
How to use
It is recommended to take 5 drops in the evening half an hour before bedtime. The drops can be taken as they are or diluted in a little water. Instructions for use: 1) Unscrew the cap. 2) Screw on the dropper contained in the sachet. 3) Shake well before each use.
