Description
A formula combining 14 functional ingredients including amino acids and palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), associated with chasteberry, yarrow, and lady's mantle extracts, useful in counteracting menstrual cycle disorders, and vitamin B6 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Endo-PN contains PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) and N-acetyl-L-cysteine, associated with chasteberry, yarrow, and lady's mantle extracts, useful in counteracting menstrual cycle disorders. It also contains fennel extract which promotes digestive function and the drainage of bodily fluids.
L-Neurocalm contains 2 amino acids including L-tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin, and lemon balm extract which promotes relaxation, mental well-being, and a normal mood. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Bulking agents: calcium phosphates, microcrystalline cellulose; buffered magnesium bisglycinate (contains: magnesium oxide), palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), N-acetyl-L-cysteine, L-tryptophan, 4:1 dry extract of fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), 6:1 dry extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.), 4:1 dry extract of yarrow flowering tops (Achillea millefolium L.), L-tyrosine, 5:1 dry extract of lady's mantle aerial parts (Alchemilla vulgaris L.); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; zinc bisglycinate; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose; emulsifier: stearic acid, chromium picolinate, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), dry extract of chasteberry fruit (Vitex agnus-castus L.) titrated to 0.5% in agnuside, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
Start taking 5 days before your period and continue until you perceive an improvement. It is recommended to take a maximum of 2 tablets per day for ages 12 to 17, and a maximum of 3 tablets per day for ages 18 and over, as shown in the table:
