Indications
Indicated in cases of insufficient intake or increased need for magnesium.

Dosage and method of use
1 daily dose in 1g sachets, administered mid-morning or after dinner, may be sufficient to supplement the amount of magnesium taken with food, especially in combination with potassium ascorbate (also in the formulation with Ribose). In the latter case, magnesium chloride cycles of 10-15 days per month are recommended.
