Meriva Phospholipid Curcumin, 20% curcuminoids (Curcuma longa L. rhizome; carrier: soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; bromelain 2,500 GDU/g powder [from Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.]; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide, talc.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets daily on an empty stomach, swallowed with water.
