NOPAPIL ovules
Description
Nopapil is a medical device indicated for the prevention and adjuvant treatment of HPV-induced lesions.
Nopapil forms a protective barrier to control and re-epithelialize the cervical transformation zone, preventing the risk of HPV integration.
Instructions for use
1 ovule in the evening or as directed by a doctor.
Remove the ovule from the container by pulling the two pre-cut tabs of the blister and insert it deeply into the vagina, in a supine position.
Components
A 2 g vaginal ovule contains: semisynthetic glycerides, fat-soluble extract of Echinacea angustifolia, arabinogalactan, beta-glucan, dry extract of Ganoderma lucidum reishi, fat-soluble extract of Avena sativa, sodium hyaluronate, colloidal silica, essential thyme oil, lactic acid.
Warnings
The product is for vaginal use.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Prolonged use of the product may lead to sensitization or local irritation; in such cases, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Do not ingest.
Do not use the product if the packaging, upon first opening, appears damaged or not perfectly intact.
Keep the product out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
No side effects related to the use of the product are known or expected. In case of persistent discomfort, consult a doctor.
It has no contraindications except in patients known to be sensitive to the components contained in the product.
Single-use medical device.
If the product is excessively soft due to exposure to a heat source, it does not lose its characteristics; however, to restore its original condition, it is advisable to place the ovule in the refrigerator.
Storage
Store the product away from heat sources, at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C.
The expiry date refers to the intact product, correctly stored.
Shelf life for intact packaging: 36 months.
