Ingredients
Water, betaine; thickener: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; zinc oxide, flavor, vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate, sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate); thickener: xanthan gum; preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; folic acid (L-methylfolate calcium), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Naturally lactose free.
Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
Take 12 drops daily, diluted in water (approx. 150 ml), stirring well and preferably on an empty stomach.
Shake very well before use.
