Properties
Folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12:
Folic acid plays a role in the process of cell division: being involved as a cofactor in DNA formation, it comes into play every time a cell divides. This function is particularly relevant for rapidly regenerating tissues. Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy: this allows for proper fetal development. In particular, supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Folate helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, also supporting the physiological formation and maturation of blood cells. Folic acid also supports normal immune system function and normal homocysteine metabolism. Homocysteine is a substance physiologically present in the body, but its accumulation can cause various problems. Many studies indicate that high blood concentrations of homocysteine should be considered a possible cardiovascular risk factor. Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, together with a healthy lifestyle and a varied diet, contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
EXTRAfolate-S:
It is the calcium salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid. It is an active form of folic acid that does not require enzymatic transformation to be absorbed and has been shown to have greater stability and bioavailability. Folate taken during pregnancy contributes to maternal tissue growth. Folate also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin D3:
Contributes to normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and plays a role in the process of cell division. Nosifol-D contains 5 mcg of vitamin D3, equal to 100% of the recommended daily allowance (NRV).
Zinc:
It is an essential component of a large number of enzymes in which it can act as a cofactor, constitute the catalytic site or play a structural role. Zinc helps maintain healthy bones, skin, hair, and nails, as well as the proper functioning of the immune system. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, dissolving the content in half a glass of water.
