Reusable gel pad with a cloth pouch for application, which allows for the use of the natural therapeutic power of heat and cold.
- Cold is useful in cases of: hematomas, sprains, traumas, hyperthermia, in all cases where cryotherapy and the use of cold are necessary.
- Heat is useful in cases of: lumbago, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia, in all cases where the application of heat is needed.

Instructions for use
Place in the freezer for at least 1 ½-2 hours. Remove, insert the bag into the appropriate pouch or cloth and apply to the affected area.
