NOVANIGHT has a specific composition based on:
- melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and helps alleviate the effects of jet lag;
- griffonia: rich in tryptophan, a precursor to melatonin and serotonin, it aids relaxation and mental well-being, contributing to sleep quality;
- magnesium: helps reduce morning tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose, acesulfame K; magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan, maltodextrins, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (Dc.) Baill.] seeds dry extract titrated to 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan; thickeners: acacia gum, xanthan gum; flavorings; acidity regulator: citric acid; melatonin; coloring: chlorophyllin-copper complex.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
1 single-dose sachet per day, to be taken as needed, in the evening before going to bed.
NOVANIGHT can be placed directly on the tongue without water, or it can be dissolved in a cup of hot or cold water and sweetened to taste.
